Cancellation Policy

Casper Dog Training Terms and Conditions 1. No Refunds All payments for training services are final and non-refundable. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled. 3. Service Completion All services must be completed within 60 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 4. Limited Availability Services are subject to trainer availability. 5. Force Majeure Casper Dog Training is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or rescheduling caused by weather, traffic conditions, emergencies, illness, or any other circumstances beyond our control, including acts of God. 6. Training Results Disclaimer While Casper Dog Training strives to provide effective training methods, success is not guaranteed. The results of training depend on the dog's unique characteristics, behavior, and the owner’s commitment to applying the techniques consistently. 7. Liability Waiver Casper Dog Training is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses caused by the dog during or after training sessions. The dog owner assumes full responsibility for the dog's actions at all times. 8. Assumption of Risk Clients acknowledge that working with dogs involves inherent risks, including the potential for injury to persons, animals, or property. By participating in training, clients accept these risks. 9. Vaccination and Health All dogs must have proof of current vaccinations and be free of contagious illnesses before attending any training sessions. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the suspension or cancellation of services. 10. Behavior Disclosure Clients are required to disclose all known behavioral issues, including aggression, reactivity, or a history of biting. Failure to disclose this information may result in the termination of services without a refund. 11. Payment Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all training packages. Full payment is due before the first session and is non-refundable, even if the training package is not completed. 12. General Conduct Clients are expected to follow the trainer’s instructions and maintain a safe environment for all participants during sessions. Any unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.
